I want to go out for football next year but the coach said im under weight so I thought if I lost the fat and got muscle it would help. can anyone tell me how to lose the fat and get muscle pretty quick but also without making it dangerous for m body?

i’m a 17 year old male,i do about 1200 sit ups a day, and i feel like ive been losing weight over the past 2-3 weeks, but i was jus wondering how long it might take me to lose about 20-30 pounds, i dont eat very many unhealthy things, i usually do my exercise everyday unless i dont have time.
so how much weight can i lose?

I want to find a way i could lose around 15-20 pounds a month without worrying about gaining it back. I went on the atkins diet with exercise and i would lose about 30 pounds the first month and then about 10 pounds each month after and when i lost about 60 pounds i went off the diet for only 2 months and gained it back plus. I only eat once a day so its not like im over eating. I think it has something to do with genetics as my family all have weight problems. i need a fast way to lose weight and keep it off which dont involve starving or counting calories. Any help?

this is one of the quick workouts id have you go thru..this is a side work out, minus the bag work, so in the middel of ya workout, ima jus yell stop! then yer gonna go rite into this system, it takes about 5? maby six min, the bam! rite back to what you were doin…itl get ya nice and cut and it burns alot of calories ! I AM 5′11 and weigh 185 pounds i want to loose about ten pounds and need advice on how to do this i eat fairly healthy and run daily what else can i do to loose weight fast!!!
i am not over weight just want to be more lean
Don’t be delusional, firstly. You won’t lose more than two pounds per week, and that is pushing it. People who seem to instantaneously drop pounds are doing so unhealthily. Eat low calorie, low fat foods and go for a run every other day. Maybe join a gym. Don’t rush things.

At the moment my bake isn’t too big but I’d like for my jaw bone to be able to seen instead of at the chin, so what exercise machines should I use when I hit the gym tomorrow in order to do it and do sit ups help you lose fat more quickly around the belly?
